1. In baguaZhang we dont push we strike.
2. A good palm strike is far more devastating than a punch.
3. When the enemy is reaching out it is best to strike him with a good palm strike!
4. When the enemy attacks the center, sidestep and counter attack from the angles- The Blind Side!
5. Never block in Bagua, always deflect and parry attacks with the palms.
6. When the enemy tries to grapple, learn to utilize firmness and gentleness type of physical energy to neutralize and off balance the enemies center point. Learn to utilize bagua stepping method skillfully to change combat tactics freely and spontaneously to achieve victory.
7. Keep in mind when using Bagua engage in combat, a step is an attack, and an attack requires one to execute taking a step!
8. keep in mind the Golden rule of Baguazhang which techniques depend upon the principle of change.
No limitations no restrictions or boundaries when engaged in actual combat. The Spirit, Mind and Body of a BaGuaZhang practitioner must be completely liberated.
