XingYiQuan Pi Quan Stance

Xingyiquan Pi Quan stance also referred to as the three body posture (San Ti Shi). The Pi Quan posture is also called the three power posture (San Cai Shi) Some XingYiQuan school also call this stance the Taiji posture (Taiji Shi). The major objective of training this stationary stance is to build up a practitioner physical strength, and to develop proper body mechanics and alignment while training to maintain this stationary standing meditation posture. 

With consistent practice a XingYiQuan practitioner will be able to improve their overall health and develop a good level of physical Fitness.
