The practice of internal Kung Fu.

Internal Kung fu Further elaboration on the above principles from Grandmaster BP Chan and other Internal Kung Fu Instructors.

We must remind ourselves.

The Yin Yang symbol is not called the Yin Yang symbol as it is often by outsiders.

It is the Tai Chi Symbol.

The word "Kung fu" is also only used when describing skill at an art. Martial arts are called Kuan Shu or Chuan Fa. Fist (Boxing)Arts. Wu Shu associated with the Performing Martial Arts actually means War Art. Wu stands for Stop. The term means to stop the war/attacker. There are levels of stopping and controling. This is why Bruce Lee didn't name his non style art.

He called it "The Way of the Intercepting Fist" Jeet Kune Tao. He put "DO" the Japanese word for Tao as in Judo & Tae Kwon Do out of respect the for the Japanese and Korean Martial Arts.

Bruce mimicked the 2 Grandmasters from Japan Jigoro Kano Judo Founder and

Morehei Ueshiba Aikido Founder.

They decided to change the suffix Jitsu, meaning "Art" to "Do" Way. The Koreans actually did it first. Hwarang Do was Warriors way. Thousands of years ago. Tae Kwon Do

The way of destroying with hands and feet is actually a potential name for all the arts.

Tai Chi is Tai Chi Chuan, however. 😄😄

Kill the philosophy and recognize the meaning...Tai Chi means Universal or Supreme Ultimate, and remember what "Chuan"means.

Keep that in mind, and keep your ego in check. 😁😄

If the 3 sections of the limbs aren't moving in synch, something is stuck and impeding freedom of movement; the flow and energy/ momentum -Power is reduced.

In the old days, it was called dragon body or 3 coordinations.

Ankle-wrist

Knee-elbow

Hip- shoulder

Start recognizing the direct vertical axis from the perineum, hui yin point to top of head Bai hui while being aware of the whole sole of your feel the center of mass on your foot. Shin over arch and knee always aiming to big toe.(not necessarily over it, (remember you can be in front back or center stance, but correctly.)

Move directly up and down vertically folding the hips and the knees correctly relax your contractors on the way down so that the extensors press down and hold you up, use your contractors to let go stretch and pull you back up from the top of the head that will cause the suction in the feet to the bubbling well while keeping evenly pressed on the floor. This is sort of like the stand lightly with firmness in the soles of your feet but get lighter and lighter. Then you must learn go up and down without changing pressure to turn from the hips which is the center and support of the body and root of the legs when feet are going down with and on the way up sort of like with the pelvis forward and upward with the coccy goes down the front comes up pressing the head but let the head go down and drop to the feet. Then, learn to turn around your axis while elongating the back of the neck at C7 to the point where it seems like C7 is pressing to the top of the head from the inside. Then begin to turn and spiral up and down without your knees, wobbling left to right by keeping the big toe and pinky toe down and not letting the weight fall onto your heels or your toes, this is the correct relaxation without sinking or being heavy, collapsing, causing you. to not be able to step at will. It will release your lumbar. Then, feel the pull of how the C7 goes up as the shoulders drop down elongate from the spine, freeing your shoulder rotator while keeping the collarbone up. then start to move from your core center of gravity and DanTien.

Feel the suction of the core pulling into the center and down while the inner legs are pulling up and the Yang is pressing down. You have to process the rest.

That's the most important part. You can ease in with small micro moves. Lift from C-7 and release the quads while at the same time feeling the soles of the feet. Don't let weight fall to the heels. Shin over arch slight bend in knees, press lightly on balls of foot feel light extension in calves.

Feel shoulder blades hang diagonally.

Relax floating ribs.

Feel navel lift vertically to lift sternum,

Lift collar bones at the lung point.

Lightly expand the lao gong to webs of your fingers.

You have to make more discoveries on your own or by constant training or join upcoming classes in person or online.

A word to the wise should be sufficient. Some books are grossly mistranslated and don't explain things quite accurately to enable one to develop the free flowing power that they need, causing many to toil hopelessly on end.

I always tell people to heed the wise advice in the statements of the Tai Chi classics...

Many painstakingly train for decades and must sigh with regret because they have attained no skill after years of arduous work. This is because they abandoned the near to chase the far. When a target is at long distance, the slightest divergence from the true way will lead you miles off target at a distance. Off by an inch loose by a mile.
